Welcome To Cowes

OK, so when I jacked my job in, when my now teenager was 6 weeks old, maybe Leah (my long suffering, but incredible wife) might not have thought that.

But as we have now been here since May 2003 , after a fire that closed us down for 6 weeks, a knife wielding loon nearly driving into the shop and countless other ‘adventures’ we can honestly say we love fish and chips.

We have a great team of people here, Derrel works his socks off to make sure the food is of the best quality, but we also have you.

Fresh Ingredients, Tasty Meals

We work closely with all our supplier, big and small as we think it’s important they understand how discerning our customers are. We have moved away from plastic packaging for takeaway meals and are getting rid of plastic in our range of drinks. It’s sometimes not the cheapest option, but it means it doesn’t cost the Earth.

We use the best quality MSC certified cod and haddock available, our potatoes are sourced from top producers in Dorset and Lincolnshire and we have local brewer Goddards beers and wine from Wine Therapy available to enjoy when you dine in
